Clickhole's Splitscreen Video Game Review Parodies

COMPANY OR GROUP: Clickhole/The Onion PRoductions SHOW: Splitscreen

DIRECTOR: Will Feinstein and Noah PRestwich

Run Dates: Spring 2017 and Fall 2018 Role: Samantha Chase

I felt really lucky to book this as my first paying web role in Chicago. I was just ramping up and hoping to get an agent soon when Clickhole booked me for one, then three more, then one more Splitscreen episode, all featured below. I couldn’t have had more fun with co-actor Tony Pelligrino and the incredible cast at Clickhole. This is exactly up my alley humor wise, some episodes more than others, and I loved the chance to be dry and dark. I am not a big gamer, but this job did honestly inspire me to learn how to play Zelda Breath of the Wild, which would dominate my life for around 6 months. Then I felt much more open to a lot of nerd culture, once I had played my first video game. I explored more video games, started watching more youtube, playing magic the gathering, reading comics and continuing to explore worlds I had not yet visited. Very grateful for this job and that the archives exist on youtube!
